Two adjacent conservation shophouses at 72/74 Desker Road have a guide price of $3.5 million to $3.8 million. The two-storey, freehold shophouses sit on a combined 2,067 sq ft plot. 74 Desker Road will be sold with existing tenancy.

In addition, a two-storey commercial shophouse at 20 Veerasamy Road, sits on a 2,245 sq ft site. The freehold property has a guide price of $7.1 million to $7.3 million.

At 30/32 South Buona Vista Road, a couple of freehold two-storey shophouses will be sold as a pair. They have a guide price of $10.8 million to $11.5 million. They have a combined land area of 3,212 sq ft and a combined floor area of 6,324 sq ft. The properties have not maximised their maximum permissible plot ratio of 3.0. The last property will be sold in a private treaty sale and is the sole 99-year leasehold shophouse on the list. Located at 11 New Bridge Road, the four-storey corner commercial property has dual frontage on New Bridge Road and Upper Circular Road. It has a guide price of $17.3 million to $17.6 million. The 1,452 sq ft site has a plot ratio of 4.2, and the existing property has a GFA of 5,324 sq ft. It is being sold with existing tenancies.
