Singapore-listed real estate developer and entertainment company KOP has sold its final unit, the 9,600 sq ft, six-bedroom duplex penthouse at Dalvey Haus, a 17-unit luxury freehold development at the corner of Dalvey Road and Stevens Road.
According to market sources, the duplex penthouse fetched just under $40 million, just below the $42 million ($4,375 psf) price tag it was launched in February. The buyer is believed to be a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
Bruce Lye, co-founder and managing partner of SRI is said to have brokered the sale. When contacted, he declined to comment, citing that he is bound by a non-disclosure agreement.
