Knight Frank ranked Singapore’s prime office rents the third highest in Asia, after Hong Kong and Tokyo. The annual rent of US$94.25 psf for the second half of 2014 works out to US$7.85 psf per month. Hong Kong retained the top spot both globally and across Asia with its annual rent of US$250.50 psf or US$20.88 per month. Hot on the heel was New York where US economic recovery catalysed the expansion of digital and creative firms.
