Developers’ private new-home sales for February totalled 382 units, a 2% m-o-m increase from January’s 374 units, according to URA data. A large percentage of the new home sales can be attributed to GuocoLand’s 1,024- unit Sims Urban Oasis on Sims Drive. Of the 200 units released in the project, 112 units (56%) were sold, at a median price of $1,397 psf.

The other two projects that saw a significant number of units sold were The Skywoods at Dairy Farm, which sold 23 units at a median price of $1,251 psf; and City Gate on Beach Road, which sold 22 units at a median price of $1,830 psf.
