Sevens Atelier, a trusted landed home builder in Singapore, is evolving into the first homegrown Design and Build Boutique Experience Centre. It now offers a one-stop turnkey home rebuilding solution.
The company will open its first-ever dedicated customer experience gallery by March, showcasing its three core business capabilities: landed home rebuilding, development reconstruction, and luxury interior design. This flagship experience centre will be located at 31 Joo Chiat Place.
Sevens Atelier has ambitious plans to expand its network of experience centres across Singapore. Two more centres are set to be unveiled over the next two years. The Catalist-listed builder is one of the most recognisable specialists in landed homes in the republic.

The new flagship customer experience centre will showcase the breadth and depth of its collective experience and specialities. Anchoring it will be a client-centric approach and strategic vision to turn the company into Singapore’s first one-stop turn-key boutique for luxury landed homes.
For example, Sevens Atelier Group client experience specialists will guide clients through their boutique home's expected development journey. This begins at the concept stage, where homeowners walk through several gallery-style areas featuring a specially selected range of materials.
Client experience specialists will explain each material's origin, construction process, and quality range, helping homeowners align their preferences for future homes with design concepts and elements. Clients will eventually see a virtual design and artist's impression of their dream home, with all their selected materials and design features included.

As part of the one-stop turnkey experience, clients can proceed to dedicated areas to consider available fixtures and interior designs, such as a kitchen experience zone, to pick out the brands of kitchen appliances they would like included.
Other interior design zones include a physical library of tiles, cladding, bathroom fittings, furniture, and renewable energy options like solar panels. There will also be several online catalogues for clients to browse.
Eventually, the five customer experience centres across the island will enable Sevens Atelier to showcase its strengths in rebuilding, reconstruction, and interior design to homeowners, other stakeholders, and real estate agents.

Future landed homeowners will have a one-stop location to conceptualise, design, and fit out their landed homes. Property agents serving buyers and sellers will be able to bring their clients to the space, providing them with information that can help them make the right property decisions.
As a landed project specialist, Sevens Atelier Group is an experienced local builder achieving scale and professionalism. Thus, construction typically takes no more than 24 months to complete. Its clients can also rely on a one-stop service contract, and the builder is transparent, providing clarity on costs and variable costs.
Sevens Atelier is now enhancing its status as a specialist in luxury landed projects. The next phase of the company’s growth will see it climb to become one of the dominant leaders in the city-state’s landed home market.
