A food factory at 46 Senoko Drive, within the JTC Senoko Food Zone in Sembawang, is up for sale through private treaty. The property has an indicative price of $8.8 million, says marketing agent Colliers in a Feb 20 press release.
The facility occupies a 16,611 sq ft site zoned for Business 2 use, with a plot ratio of 2.5. It has an existing gross floor area (GFA) of 23,364 sq ft, with potential for expansion to a total GFA of 41,528 sq ft. The site has a 30-year leasehold tenure from April 1, 2020, which means it has 26 years remaining on the lease.

According to Colliers, the property is configured for food manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing. It is equipped with food preparation and production areas, chiller and freezer rooms, an ancillary office space, and accommodation for up to 13 workers.
