SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Tang Chee Charn has just been appointed by Savills Singapore as executive director in the property management department.
He brings along 30 over years of real estate experience in property and tenancy management in the office, industrial and retail sectors.
Prior to this appointment, Tang was the head of real estate management services at Colliers International since 2011. He also secured property and facilities management appointments of REIT and property fund clients such as AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT, AMP Capital Investors, and AMB Property Corporation.
He also served corporate clients such as Hong Leong Finance, OCBC/Great Estern and UOB, as well as developers such as CapitaLand, Far East Organisation and CDL.
Tang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Ulster, United Kingdom.
Marcus Loo, chief executive officer of Savills Singapore, says that Tang’s wealth of experience will help reinforce Savills Singapore’ dominance in the strata management business and build new lines of business in the property and asset management arena.
