SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills Singapore is marketing homes at Embassy Gardens, a mixed-use development in Nine Elms, Central London. The firm is hosting a property exhibition showcasing the development from March 18 to 24 at the Savills office at Prudential Tower. The exhibition will include seminars relating to investing in UK property.
Homes at Embassy Gardens start from GBP650,000 for a studio apartment, GBP695,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, GBP975,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and GBP1.195 million for a three-bedroom apartment.
Embassy Gardens is located within the Nine Elms regeneration project on the south bank of the River Thames. It will see the creation of over 1,500 new homes, F&B spaces, and 130,000 sq ft of shopping space. Embassy Gardens is located next to the new US embassy in Nine Elms which opened in 2018. Nine Elms is located between Battersea Park and Vauxhall, and is home to the regenerated Battersea Power Station.
Phase one of Embassy Gardens has been completed and delivered by Ballymore Group. “Embassy Gardens is a world-renowned residential development, distinguished by its iconic sky pool, which has contributed significantly to its global reputation. The development is now complete and has become immensely popular among both investors and owner-occupiers, with strong demand from both groups of buyers,” says Otto Twist, director of London residential development at Savills.
Phase two of Embassy Gardens is currently being delivered by EcoWorld Ballymore, a joint venture between Ballymore and Malaysia-listed developer EcoWorld International.
“Apart from being the landmark development in Nine Elms, Embassy Gardens continues to surprise us with their diverse lifestyle offerings,” says Jacqueline Wong, executive director of Residential Services at Savills Singapore. “It continues to attract both local residents and investors with their proven track record of attracting tenants.”
