SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills has named Annie Woo as its regional director and head of integrated real estate advisory services (IREAS). This is a new service line dedicated to a wide spectrum of urban development and real estate optimisation advisory in Asia.

Advisory services under IREAS comprise property economics, portfolio planning and strategy, project delivery strategy and implementation, placemaking, stakeholder engagements, master plan strategy, development positioning and feasibility studies.

As head of IREAS, Woo will be based in Singapore. Her track record includes consultancy services in numerous key markets across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and the Americas. She has extensive knowledge of all asset types in both the public and private sectors, with over 25 years of experience in real estate.

“Our goal is to build an industry-leading urban and real estate advisory team with a diverse skill set from industry cluster to place and development strategy, to name a few. We are currently in advanced discussions for a few landmark economic corridors and development projects,” says Woo.

IREAS will primarily focus on regional markets and work closely on Singapore projects with Alan Cheong, executive director and head of research and consultancy Singapore.
