SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills Singapore has announced the appointment of Ruben Koh as senior director and co-head to its international residential sales team on Sept 6. He joins  Adrian Lim who was appointed as the head of the international residential sales at the global real estate services provider in July.

Koh was previously key executive officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick. Prior to that, he was key executive officer at 1World Properties. He has also served stints at HSR International Realtors as well as Colliers International, where he worked for a number of years with Lim.

“Both Adrian and Ruben bring with them strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market,” remarks Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore. “I am thrilled with their combined experience and enterprising spirit that they will be working together again to expand our international residential business,” he adds.
