SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills Singapore has announced the appointment of Adrian Lim as its new head of international residential services. In a press release, Savills says the appointment comes amid a rapid expansion of wealth generation in Asia Pacific (Apac), with Singapore emerging as the centre for wealth management.

Prior to his new appointment, Lim was head of international sales at One Global Property Services. According to Savills, Lim has brokered an estimated $800 million in sales across markets like the UK, Japan and Australia throughout his career.

"I am delighted to have Adrian join our existing team. Given his dedication to client-first service and his strong relationships with the luxury residential developers around the globe, I see this significantly enhancing our offerings,” says Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore.

Chris Marriott, CEO of Savills South East Asia, believes Lim’s appointment will help Savills capitalise on opportunities for brand growth and network expansion throughout Apac.
