Royalville tender period extended

When Royalville was first put up for collective sale on Oct 12, the original closing date was Nov 10. However, on the eve of the closing date (Nov 9), Royalville’s marketing agent Edmund Tie & Co. announced that the tender period has been extended. The new closing date is Nov 30.

Royallville is located in the established Bukit Timah Road neighbourhood in prime District 10. It sits on a freehold land area of 174,176 sq ft. Under Master Plan 2014, the site is zoned for residential use with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. It is located within 260m to Sixth Avenue MRT Station.

The asking price of Royalville is $368 million, which reflects a land rate of $1,509 psf per plot ratio. No development charge is payable. Inclusive of additional 10% bonus balcony area and development charge of approximately $1.16 million, the land rate works out to $1,376 psf per plot ratio.
