On Jan 30, engineering giant Rolls-Royce announced that it has given real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield an expanded role in supporting its global property requirements, following a competitive tender process.
Cushman & Wakefield will provide Rolls-Royce with transaction management, occupier management, strategic consultancy and lease administration services, and have teams at key Rolls-Royce properties. The contract will be managed by Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) business, under the account leadership of Ed Neild, head of portfolio development for the Europe, the Middle East and Africa Global Occupier Services team.
Rolls-Royce and Cushman & Wakefield’s partnership began in the US in 2012, and has since expanded into Europe, South America, and Asia-Pacific.
