UK developer Regal London is set to launch Parkside, the second phase of its flagship development Fulton & Fifth in Wembley will debut in Singapore over the weekend of September 7-8.

The 250-unit development has a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Sizes range from 427 sq fto to 754 sq ft, with prices starting from GBP395,000 (S$675,460).

While the first phase of Fulton & Fifth featured homes with views of Wembley Stadium, Parkside apartments will overlook new gardens, the Wealdstone Brook and Brent Reservoir, London’s largest body of recreational water, says Jacob Sullivan, sales & marketing director of Regal London.

Wembley in northwest London is a well-established suburb with numerous dining and retail options such as cafes, restaurants, and shops like the London Designer Outlet, BOXPARK Wembley. The area is also home to Wembley Park Stadium.

Fulton & Fifth has a total of 800 apartments and is a six-minute walk from Wembley Park station, which is 18 minutes to Kings Cross and under 30 minutes to Oxford Circus via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. It’s also 20 minutes away from University College London and 30 minutes from King’s College London.

“Located in one of London’s fastest-growing areas, it offers strong capital appreciation and rental yield potential,” says Ruben Koh, senior director and head of international residential sales at Savills Singapore, which is marketing the project. “This makes it an attractive option for both homeowners and investors.”
