New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate advisory firm JLL announced that Darien Bradshaw has joined the firm as head of residential development sales, according to a release on Feb 21. In his new role at JLL, the Singapore-based Bradshaw will head the newly created Asia residential development sales division to market and sell Australian residential property to Asia-based clients.
The division aims to grow the Australian market, which is part of the broader Asia Pacific platform, says Stuart Crow, CEO of capital markets, Asia Pacific, at JLL.
Bradshaw was previously at One Global Group, where he was executive director of private office and Australia from 2021. One Global Australia was set up to promote Australian property in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, while One Global Private Office aimed to provide bespoke advisory services to family offices, developers, private funds, and institutional investors.

Before joining One Global, Bradshaw spent over 10 years with CBRE, where he was head of international project marketing for Asia, focusing on the London and Australian markets.
Bradshaw's is not the only move to JLL from One Global. In early February, James Puddle, founder and former CEO of One Global, announced in a LinkedIn post that he has joined JLL as the head of the international residential team for South East Asia. Puddle founded the Singapore-based One Global in 2017, which focused on marketing international property.

Puddle's foray into JLL came after JLL’s former head of international sales Chua Shir Yee moved to PropNex, Singapore's largest real estate agency by sales force, where she has taken on a similar role. According to her LinkedIn profile, Chua was with JLL for about 2½ years until October 2023 before she joined PropNex in January.

Savills Singapore appointed two co-heads for its international residential sales team, Adrian Lim and Ruben Koh, who joined the firm in July and September 2023, respectively.
