SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Real estate agency Mindlink Groups is merging with Century 21 Singapore, according to a press release from Mindlink Groups on Oct 30. The agency is acquiring Century 21 Singapore, pending final approval from Century 21 Real Estate.
Century 21 is a global real estate franchise chain with over 14,250 offices across 85 countries and territories. It is owned by US-based Century 21 Real Estate, which is a subsidiary of New York-listed Anywhere Real Estate. The latter also owns other real estate brands including Sotheby’s International Realty, ERA Real Estate, Coldwell Banker and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Century 21 Singapore, the local franchiser of the Century 21 brand, was set up in 1998. Over the years, it has grown through a series of M&A with smaller firms that have become its franchisees. According to Mindlink Groups, Century 21 Singapore currently has 16 franchisees and over 500 members.

Mindlink Groups, founded by key executive officer Chow Yi Tong in 2001, has around 100 salespersons. As such, the merged entity will have a combined sales force of some 600 salespersons. Chow will assume the role of group chairman, overseeing the combined entity.
