SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - PropNex has entered the Cambodian property market, growing its regional presence to five countries in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. PropNex Cambodia will chart great heights in the market and will soon be a dominant market player in the coming years,” says Ismail Gafoor, executive chairman and CEO of PropNex.
The master franchise of PropNex Cambodia will be helmed by Alan Neo, who will be its CEO and brings over 15 years of experience in the industry. PropNex Cambodia will have its headquarters in Phnom Penh and branch offices in Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.

PropNex Cambodia has secured collaborations with developers and projects in the country such as Urban Village, a project by Hong Kong developer Urban Hub (Cambodia). It is also the sole marketing agent of D’Seaview, a mixed-use project in Sihanoukville by Singapore-listed Hong Lai Huat Group.
“I believe PropNex’s training, advanced IT platform and support system can value-add our service to our salesforce. We are excited to embrace the dual career path, a commission scheme model which PropNex pioneered in 2000,” says Neo.
