A row of properties comprising a four-storey mixed-use building and a two-storey shophouse located along Rangoon Road have been launched for sale by tender. The properties have a combined land area of 6,879 sq ft and are zoned ‘Residential with Commercial at first-storey’ with a gross plot ratio of 3.0.
According to sole marketing agent, Knight Frank Singapore, the properties have the potential of being upgraded through asset enhancement initiatives or being redeveloped into a new mixed-use development.
“We expect the properties to attract strong interest in view of their strategic location, proximity to an MRT station, prominent main street frontage and relatively affordable investment size,” says Mr Ian Loh, Executive director and head of investment and capital markets.
The tender will close at 3pm on 1 March 2016.
