Preview of the Hill @ One-North reels in 1,500 visitors over the weekend

Close to 1,500 people visited The Hill @ One-North's sales gallery over the weekend of April 6 and 7, according to developer Kingsford Real Estate Development.

The 142-unit development comprises three residential towers between seven and eleven storeys, sitting on a 63,902 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site along Slim Barracks Rise in District 5. The units are a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 732 sq ft to 1,259 sq ft. It also has six four-bedroom units ranging from 1,227 sq ft to 1,410 sq ft.

Guide prices at The Hill @ One-North start upwards of $1.9 million for a 2-bedroom unit, $2.3 million for a three-bedroom unit, and $3 million for a four-bedroom unit.

No official psf price range has been released yet. However, Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex Realty believes that the developer will consider transacted prices at the neighbouring project, Blossoms by The Park.

The 275-unit Blossoms by The Park by developer EL Development was launched in April last year. It houses 275 units comprised of 1-bedroom apartments from 546 to 689 sq ft, two and three-bedroom apartments from 678 to 1,259 sq ft, and four-bedroom apartments from 1,302 to 1,884 sq ft. The project has sold 241 units (87%) since it launched in April 2023. Based on URA caveats lodged, it has sold 16 units this year to date at an average price of $2,545 psf.

The launch before Blossoms by the Park was One-North Eden. The 165-unit development at one-north Gateway was launched in April 2021. It has a mix of one-bedroom units from 517 sq ft, two- and three-bedroom units from 689 to 1,410 sq ft, and four-bedroom units from 1,259 to 1,399 sq ft.

All 165 units in the project were sold within a year of its launch in March 2022, with the final unit sold at an average price of $1,965  psf.

Kingsford Development's The Hill @ One North is scheduled for a fortnight later, on April 20. The project is expected to receive its TOP in December 2026.
