SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Singapore-based real estate developer Pontiac Land has launched a resort, Fari Islands in the Maldives, which is set to open in 4Q2020.
The destination, located in the North Malé Atoll, features three hotels - managed by luxury hotel operators Capella Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co, and Patina Hotels & Resorts - a marina, and a village campus. The properties have been designed by architects Studio Mk27 (by Marcio Kogan), Kengo Kuma & Associates, and Kerry Hill Architects.
Facilities on Fari Islands will include a beach club, charming boutiques and upscale F&B options, says Pontiac Land. The developer also plans to pursue creative collaborations with renowned names in art, music, culinary arts, photography, fashion and design, and roll out programmes to foster a sense of community.
The resort is 50 minutes away by speedboat from Malé International Airport.
