Perth's Bel-Air Apartments makes Singapore debut

Over the weekend of July 13-14, Western Australian apartment developer Finbar will showcase its latest project in Perth—Bel-Air Apartments—in Singapore. The freehold apartment block has 194 apartments across nine levels.

The units are a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Internal areas of one-bedroom-plus-study apartments are from 50 sqm (538 s ft), while two-bedroom-plus-study units are from 65 sqm (700 sq ft). Prices start from A$478,000 (S$434,684) for a one-bedroom apartment and from A$618,000 (about S$561,997) for a two-bedroom apartment.

According to a May 22 release, Finbar launched the project in Perth and sold 30% of the units on its opening weekend. The project is said to have been 50% sold to date.

Bel-Air Apartments is about 3.5m from the Perth Airport and close to the CBD, the Swan River and Centenary Park. Savills Singapore is marketing the project in Singapore, which will be launched at voco Orchard Hotel, Singapore on July 13-14.
