Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a Singapore-listed property firm UOL Group member, is opening Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta in January.
The 180 serviced apartments are a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom suites. They will span the 73rd to 82nd floors of the 95-storey Luminary Tower, one of two skyscrapers in the Thamrin Nine mixed-use development in Jakarta's CBD by privately-held commercial developer Putragaya Wahana.
Thamrin Nine was designed by the New York-based American architect firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The 95-storey Lumina Tower stands 304m tall, and adjacent to it is the 385m tall Autograph Tower, considered the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere.
