Park Place Residences, the residential element of Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) by Lendlease, clinched three interior design awards for its 2-bedroom show suite. The developer worked with interior designer Index Design for the sales launch of Park Place Residences.

The show suite won the International Design Association, Global Excellence Award 2017, as well as two awards conferred by the Interior Design Confederation Singapore for Design Excellence. The Park Place Residences at PLQ show suite is a winner under the Sales Centre and Show Flat Category.
