Park Hotel Group has inked a new management contract with FG Property No 1, a subsidiary of Master Contract Services, to operate its sixth hotel in Singapore. The 300-room hotel, located on 700 Beach Road, is owned by Master Contract Services and is currently managed by Premier Inn.

Park Hotel Group will take over the hotel and rebrand it as Destination Singapore Beach Road. It plans to launch the hotel in 2Q this year.

Destination will be the group’s third hotel brand after Grand Park and Park Hotel. According to Park Hotel Group, Destination is a midscale brand that aims to provide quality and affordable accommodation in prime and central locations.

The group plans to expand the Destination brand to key cities in Asia-Pacific. The group’s other five hotels in Singapore are operated under the Grand Park and Park Hotel brands. Park Hotel Group will also be opening three other hotels this year — Park Hotel Farrer Park and its first properties in Maldives and Seoul.
