MCL Land’s much-anticipated project in the east is the 1,399-unit Parc Esta luxury condo. Located at the doorstep of Eunos MRT station, the project offers luxury residences within with easy access to the CBD and the upcoming commercial hub at Paya Lebar Central.
The award-winning architectural firm P&T Group is the design architect and Ecoplan Asia is the landscape architect for Parc Esta. Hongkong-based PTang Studio, a multiple award-winning interior designer, was chosen to design the show suites.
POSTCARD VIEWS
Perched on a sweeping estate of about 377,000 sq ft, Parc Esta is the new residential landmark in the east. The 18-storey towers are designed with full-height glass exteriors to maximise stunning views of the surroundings. Each of the nine residential towers is crowned with a lantern-inspired feature that stands out against the skyline.
Almost three quarters of the sprawling site is dedicated to landscaping and facilities. The site has been divided into three distinct realms: Grand Parc in the centre, flanked by West Parc and East Parc.
Parc Esta will stand out for its glass facade, stretching across all nine towers of 18 storeys in height.
GRAND PARC - WHERE HOME IS A RESORT
Residents of Parc Esta will feel like they are coming home to a luxury tropical resort every day as they are welcomed at the entrance by the calm waters and bespoke lights of the Lantern Isle. From there, they will enter the grand foyer and the expansive Arrival Court.
This in turn brings them to the Majestic Tree Atrium, the heart of Grand Parc: It features a reflective pond and sunken lounge. Covered walkways lead to the Atrium Lounge, Garden Lounge and Koi Pond Lounge.
Grand Parc features the “architectural centerpiece” of the development, which MCL has coined the “Majestic Tree Atrium”.
EAST PARC – AN EXCLUSIVE OASIS
East Parc is designed as an exclusive tropical oasis. The central feature is the 50m lap pool with poolside cabanas, chill-out lounges and a dining verandah. There is an exclusive function room at the Parc Clubhouse, which forms the social hub of Parc Esta.
Fitness areas include an indoor Fitness Suite, Bars & Steps Fitness Station, tennis court and multi-purpose court. Pets have their own play area at the Paws Playground.
There are hidden gardens, nature trails and quiet corners to relax or meditate in: For instance, there are the Hammock Park and Yoga Pavilion. Those who want to do some work while relaxing outdoors will be able to do so at the Wi-Fi Pavilion.
WEST PARC – FAMILY LAGOON
The central feature here is the lagoon pool, with barbecue and party pavilions at the Island Party Pavilion and the Grill & Dine Pavilion.

There is a children’s water play area with bubble jets, water jets and water sprays. Nearby is a beanbag lounge, a children’s playground and a Junior Glamping Lawn with tepees and campfire-inspired lighting.
For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, there is the Aqua Gym and an Outdoor Multi Gym. There are many areas to lounge about in: the Cozy Lounge, Sun Tan and Lawn Lounges and Lagoon Decks. Those with green fingers will enjoy the herb garden.
WIDE RANGE OF UNIT TYPES
The scale of the development allows MCL Land to provide a wide range of units to suit different lifestyles, from one- to five-bedroom units. (see table for unit types and sizes). Units will be north-south facing, and come with either a balcony or private enclosed space for enjoying the views and the surrounding greenery.
Ground floor units at Parc Esta come with generous private enclosed space.
The towers are spaced generously apart at distances from 40m to 70m –compared with the typical 20m to 25m – thus, providing residents with a greater sense of privacy.
UNIT SIZES AT PARC ESTA
Units on the highest floor have lofty ceiling height in the living room. Five-bedroom apartments come with private lift access as well as a wet and dry kitchen. Added features in the five-bedroom units include a wine chiller and a smart mirror in the dry kitchen, which transforms into a digital touch screen with an elegant interface.
SMART HOME FEATURES
Parc Esta will be equipped with the latest in smart home technology. Homeowners will be able to use a smartphone or any internet-enabled device to control home automation and access Parc Esta facilities.
P/T cameras are installed for round-the-clock home monitoring with playback capability. Access to each unit is via biometric digital lock set; main door security is enhanced with break-in and low-battery alerts.
Residents will be able to give their guests QR Code visitor access for smooth entry into Parc Esta. Video call capability allows residents to verify the identity of visitors at the front door.
With their mobile devices, residents will be able to monitor public areas at the condo in real-time; book facilities; access their smart parcel lockers; apply for vehicle season parking; and access Parc Esta’s parking facility.
