SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a member of Singapore-listed UOL Group, has announced the reorganisation of its global operational leadership team.
“This new structure will strengthen the group’s regional management as the company expands its global portfolio spanning Asia Pacific, Europe and North America,” the group states in a Sept 1 press release.
The new operational leadership team reports directly to Pan Pacific Hotels Group CEO Choe Peng Sum. It is organised into five regional clusters, each headed by a vice-president of operations.
Jeremy Aniere has been appointed as vice-president of operations for Singapore, except for Pan Pacific Orchard. In addition to his role as general manager at Pan Pacific Singapore, Jeremy will drive the operational processes, standards and performance of eight Singapore properties under the Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
Marcel Holman has been appointed as vice-president of operations for China, Indonesia and Japan and general manager for Pan Pacific Orchard, opening in 1H2023. Across Indonesia, China and Japan, he will oversee the operational performance of 13 properties under the group, including those in development. In Singapore, he will helm the opening of the flagship Pan Pacific Orchard.

Richard Tan has been appointed as vice-president of operations for Dhaka and Nairobi. The new appointment expands his current purview as vice president of operations for Malaysia and Indo-China (Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand and Cambodia).
Margaret Paul has been appointed vice-president of pre-opening, overseeing the group's pipeline of hotels, resorts and serviced suites. She has also been appointed vice-president of operations for Oceania, overseeing six properties the group currently operates in Australia.
Anne Golden has been appointed vice-president of operations for the UK and North America, overseeing six regional properties. She is also the general manager of Pan Pacific London.
