Listed property group Oxley Holdings’ first launch of 2018, The Verandah Residences, saw 129 units snapped up on the first weekend of sales on April 7-8. This means that the 170-unit, freehold project located on Pasir Panjang Road is 76% sold to date. The majority of the units were said to have been sold on the first day by balloting system.
All the one- and two-bedroom types including premium units are fully sold, according to the developer. One-bedroom units had sizes from 452 sq ft and starting prices from $878,000. The one-bedroom-plus-study started from $1.08 million. Meanwhile, the two-bedroom units were priced upward of $1.2 million, and the two-bedroom premium units from $1.28 million.

The available units are the larger units, mainly the three- and four-bedroom types. Three-bedroom and three-bedroom premium units are sized from 904 to 968 sq ft; and 990 to 1,087 sq ft respectively. Prices start from $1.62 million for three-bedroom units, and $1.78 million for three-bedroom premium units. Four-bedroom units have sizes from 1,248 to 1,291 sq ft, and are priced upward of $2.2 million. There are three townhouses of 2,174 sq ft each, and these are priced from $3.38 million.
Sales of The Verandah Residences was supposed to have started on April 14. Due to the overwhelming response on the preview weekend – Good Friday-Easter weekend (March 30 to April 1), the launch date was brought forward to April 7.
