Singapore-listed property developer Oxley Holdings announced a 50:50 joint venture with Metro Global to provide hospitality services, including property management under Metro Global Solutions. The JV company will be managing properties provided and solicited from Oxley.

The JV will allow Oxley to streamline its business operations, optimise its processes and, as a result, lower operating costs and increase profitability.
