Over 80% of Hokkaido’s Yu Kiroro Residences sold

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Over 80% of the 108 residential units at Yu Kiroro Residences at Kiroro alpine resort in Hokkaido have been sold.

The project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom and penthouse freehold luxury private residences that are fully furnished with premium services such as a ski valet, indoor and outdoor onsen and 24-hour concierge. It was completed in 2019 and offered as turnkey second homes for people to work or go to school remotely.

Yu Kiroro is part of the alpine resort Kiroro developed by Property Perfect. The alpine resort is located in the mountains of Hokkaido, Japan, and is recognised as a year-round vacation and remote-work destination. It offers outdoor activities and deep powder snow in winter for skiing. Kiroro also has a valley village that includes two hotels within the Marriott portfolio and a lively indoor-outdoor dining district.

The remaining 20 units at Yu Kiroro are available at prices starting at JPY162 million ($2.03 million) for a two-bedroom unit.
