Orange Tee & Tie, Singapore’s third largest property agency in terms of sales force, has teamed up with Singapore-based online marketplace Carousell to bring over 20,000 property listings and more than 9,000 verified agent reviews onto Carousell.
There are currently about 10,000 property listings on Carousell, and the property category continues to grow on the online marketplace, says Quek Siu Rui, co-founder and CEO of Carousell.
The partnership with Orange Tee & Tie will offer Carousell buyers and sellers more transparency, and empowers them to make more informed decisions when working with agents. The additional property listings from Orange Tee & Tie agents will also bring more options to prospective buyers, Quek says.

Orange Tee was the first property agency to develop a review portal for its agents when it launched its ‘Property Agents Review’ portal two years ago. The portal will be integrated with Carousell’s existing user feedback system. The additional database of listings and reviews will be made available in May.
Consumer consumption habits continue to evolve and many buyers are turning to digital tools when purchasing big-ticket items like property, notes Steven Tan, managing director of Orange Tee & Tie.
With this partnership, Orange Tee & Tie agents have more digital touchpoints to connect more effectively with prospective buyers and sellers. It is also aligned with the Real Estate Industry Transformation Map to embrace innovation and strengthen professionalism, says Tan.
