Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena, the brand’s first hotel in Singapore, is opening on Nov 1. The 250-room hotel occupies the 22nd to 33rd floor of mixed-use development Royal Square at Novena.

Of the 250 rooms at the hotel, 77 are Deluxe Rooms with views of the city and 98 are Deluxe Rooms with views of greenery. There are also 42 Premier Skyline Rooms and 33 Executive Rooms. Each room is sized at approximately 237 sq ft.

Amenities include a 20m rooftop infinity pool, a rooftop bar with views of the city and nature reserve, as well as two meeting rooms. Opening promotion room rates per night start from $239++. According to Marriott, the hotel is located at the gateway to Health City Novena and has direct access to the Novena MRT station.

Royal Square at Novena is developed by Hoi Hup Sunway Novena, a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. The project, which sits on a site measuring 71,869 sq ft at Irrawaddy Road, also comprises medical suites and a retail component.
