SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - NTP+ Mall, a two-storey shopping mall spanning 43,000 sq ft in gross floor area, has received its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP). It will be opening in 2Q2021 opposite Lorong Chuan MRT Station. The development is part of the ongoing Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) at New Tech Park. The mall comprises 25 retail and F&B units on the ground floor, and a food court on the second floor. Confirmed tenants include Collins, Wine Connection, Dutch Colony Coffee, Saveur Thai and D’Penyetz.

Supermarket brand Ace Signature, which specialises in international produce, will also be making its debut in Singapore at NTP+. According to Sabana Real Estate Investment Management, 83.4% of the units have been leased out as of March 10, including the food court space on the second floor.
