Koa at Electric Boulevard is in London’s Zone 1.
SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - At London’s Battersea Power Station, a new phase of 204 residential units at Koa at Electric Boulevard has been launched. The property will be showcased in Singapore over the weekend of Nov 5 and 6 at the Four Seasons Hotel, with JLL and Savills Singapore as the joint marketing agencies.

Units are a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from GBP560,000 (about $911,000).
Koa at Electric Boulevard is in London’s Zone 1 and the development is next to the Battersea Power Station tube station. These are the first new homes to launch in the area since 2014.
The available units are designed with contemporary interiors and top-quality finishes, letting in natural light. The interior of each unit has also been built around flexibility, featuring dedicated workspaces where possible.
The development will feature one of London’s largest residential rooftop gardens, designed by James Corner of Field Operations and LDA Design. The outdoor space will feature sun lawns, BBQ and picnic areas, and landscaping.
Other facilities in the project include an 8,350 sq ft Sky Lounge, workspaces, a cinema room, lounge areas, and a gym. A two-storey retail podium extends the new Electric Boulevard pedestrianised high street.
“With the grand opening of the shopping mall housed within the iconic Battersea Power Station, the renewed interest in this riverside location has been remarkable,” says Jacqueline Wong, executive director, head of residential services and international residential at Savills Singapore.
She adds that this revival “supports a strong demand from both homeowners and tenants alike. International investors, in particular Asians, will identify with the architecture of Koa at Electric Boulevard including the sky terraces and roof garden. Considering the weak pound, this is an exceptional opportunity to be part of this community”.
