SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JLL has announced the appointment of Tim Graham as global lead of international and strategic capital. In a Feb 28 press release, the New York Stock Exchange-listed global real estate and investment management company says that the appointment reflects JLL’s commitment to and understanding of investment strategies across the capital markets, which has become increasingly sophisticated.
“Real estate investment has evolved with global capital strategies, and countries across the Asia Pacific have become even bigger participants in the global capital flows,” says Stuart Crow, CEO of JLL’s Capital Markets, Asia Pacific. “With his extensive relationships, deep understanding of capital movements and global experience in advising investors on all facets of cross-border strategies, Tim is a natural choice to lead our enhancement coverage and distribution capabilities.”
Graham will lead a global team of international capital coverage experts, servicing global real estate investors, from Singapore. Before the appointment, he was based in Singapore as JLL’s head of international capital coverage, Asia Pacific, starting in 2018.

Before relocating to Singapore, he served as the national director of Central London capital markets at JLL. He also gained experience at LaSalle Investment Management, JLL's independent real estate investment arm.
