According to mainstream media, a new 223-key hotel will be built in the Punggol Digital District. Located along Punggol Way, JTC received approval from the URA to develop the site on April 26.
The hotel will be part of the upcoming business park to be built on the site, which also includes over 330,000 sq ft of office space and over 289,000 sq ft of retail space.
JTC is currently seeking tenders for the management of the hotel or serviced apartments on a 60-year lease. JLL has been appointed the managing agent for the tender exercise.

First announced in 2018, the Punggol Digital District was rolled out in 2020 by JTC, the appointed master developer. The district will open progressively from 2H2024.
