M+S announced on Aug 2 that it will have a digital app, MySphere, for its Marina One (showflat below) and DUO developments. The app will serve as a one-stop interface for services such as e-booking of residential facilities, concierge services and restaurant reservation.

The app will offer office workers mobile turnstile access at office lobbies; a tap on a device on the turnstiles at Marina One offices and DUO Tower will allow office workers entry into the premises.

MySphere users will benefit from M+S’ partnerships with companies such as bike-sharing app oBike and e-scooter sharing app Telepod, retail promotions, as well as the M+S loyalty rewards programme.

“MySphere is a testament to M+S’ efforts to define new standards of live, work and play, meeting the digital demands of today’s generation,” says Kemmy Tan, CEO of M+S.

The company has appointed Habitap, a start-up by Philip Tang & Sons, to develop MySphere, which will be available for download on Apple App Store and Google Play Store in 4Q2017.
