PropNex Realty is handling the mortgage sale of three adjacent office units in SBF Centre, a Grade A commercial building located at 160 Robinson Road. These strata office units are situated on the 13th floor and collectively offer a floor area of 1,969 sq ft.
No guide price has been disclosed for the three units, which are being offered for sale collectively through a tender process. The units are not available for individual sale. The tender closes on July 4.

This 99-year leasehold property features retail and F&B units on the first floor, medical suites on the third and fifth floors, and offices on the remaining levels. The building also boasts a Platinum Green Mark certification.

Completed in 2016, the centre is the newest Grade A, 99-year leasehold strata office property in the prime CBD area. "This is a rare opportunity for investors to acquire three adjoining strata office units in a modern development with a long lease left on its tenure,” says Tracy Goh, head of auction and capital markets at PropNex. The development is also close to Tanjong Pagar MRT Station on the East-West Line and Shenton Way MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.
Although no guide price has been provided for the sale of the three adjoining office units, there have been three commercial resale transactions at the development this year. The most recent was the sale of a 667 sq ft unit on the 26th floor for $2.34 million ($3,503 psf) on March 28.
Two other transactions were registered in January. A 667 sq ft unit on the 25th floor changed hands for $2.08 million ($3,117 psf), while a 678 sq ft unit on the 23rd floor was sold for $2.34 million ($3,449 psf).
