SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold mixed-use, four-storey development at Balestier Road is on the market at a guide price of $22 million, according to Showsuite Consultancy, which is marketing the property.
The building, at the junction of Balestier Road and Kim Keat Road, occupies a site of 4,377 sq ft, and is zoned for commercial and residential use. Unlike other heritage shophouses in the area, the building is not gazetted for conservation.
The property has a gross floor area of 18,310 sq ft. The ground floor comprises two shop units approved for restaurant use. The commercial space on the second floor may be used for retail, offices or students’ accommodation, says Showsuite. The third and fourth floors comprise six apartments with a total of 22 en suite rooms. Additionally, there are nine carpark lots in the basement for patrons of the building.
The expression of interest exercise will close on Aug 17 at 2.30pm.
