MeyerHouse topped the list of condos that hit a new psf-price high during the period of Jan 20 to 26. This comes with the resale transaction of a 2,971 sq ft, four-bedroom unit on the fourth floor for $9.28 million, or $3,124 psf, on Jan 20.
This is the first time a unit at MeyerHouse was transacted at above $3,000 psf. The previous psf-price high at the condo stood at $2,800 from the developer sale of a 2,110 sq ft unit for $5.91 million in November 2021.
The unit sold on Jan 20 is also the first apartment at MeyerHouse to change hands since December 2022, when a 2,820 sq ft unit was sold for $7.55 million ($2,678 psf), based on caveats lodged.

MeyerHouse is a luxury freehold development on Meyer Road in District 15. The boutique condo, which was completed in 2022, has 56 residences housed in a C-shaped block. Units comprise three-bedroom apartments of 1,862 to 2,013 sq ft and four-bedroom apartments of 2,8230 to 3,315 sq ft. There are also six duplex penthouses, which have five bedrooms each. Sizes of the penthouses range from 5,662 to 5,683 sq ft.
The Myst also achieved a new psf-price high during the period in review. A 517 sq ft one-bedder at the condo was sold by the developer for $1.21 million on Jan 23, setting a new high of $2,350 psf. It beats the previous high the development set at the start of the year when a 517 sq ft unit fetched $1.207 million on Jan 2.

The Myst is an upcoming 408-unit condo on Upper Bukit Timah Road in District 23. The 99-year leasehold development comprises two 24-storey towers. Units include one-bedders of 517 sq ft, two-bedroom units of 678 to 732 sq ft, three-bedders of 850 to 1,163 sq ft, four-bedders of 1,453 to 1,518 sq ft and five-bedders of 1,690 sq ft.
The Esta is another condo that saw a new high psf-price high during the period in review. On Jan 22, a 1,593 sq ft, four-bedroom unit changed hands for $3.68 million or $2,310 psf. This surpasses the previous high set last April when a 1,001 sq ft unit was sold for $2.3 million ($2,298 psf).

The Esta is a freehold condo along Amber Gardens, off Mountbatten Road in District 15’s Marine Parade area. Completed in 2008, it has 400 units housed across five towers. Units include two- to four-bedders of between 1,001 and 1,711 sq ft. There are also penthouses of between 2,368 and 3,477 sq ft.
