The 268-unit development by MCC Land comprises two residential towers – 14 and 15 storeys high, respectively – with one- to four-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom penthouses. The condo also features several amenities such as a 50m lap pool, a family lounge, a resident clubhouse, function rooms and pavilions. The clubhouse includes a well-equipped pantry, a vending machine, and a privacy pod for working or studying.

Meanwhile, all residential units come fitted with bathroom fixtures from Swiss brand Geberit and Italian brand Newform. Kitchens feature sinks by Swiss brand Franke and appliances by Italy’s Smeg.
Buying interest has been steady since the project was launched in January, and prices for the remaining available units start from $1,896 psf.
For interested buyers, the developer is currently running a limited-time, “oneprice” promotion for units in specific stacks. For example, certain 1,044 sq ft, three-bedroom deluxe units will be priced from $2.168 million.
This “star buy” promotion covers units in stacks 1, 3, and 10, and buyers could see savings of up to $144,000.
