MCC Land will be previewing its latest project, the 626-unit The Alps Residences in Tampines, on Sept 24. The project’s sales gallery and show suites are located at Tampines Street 86.

The 99-year leasehold The Alps Residences consists of one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses in nine residential towers. One-bedroom units start from 441 sq ft, one-bedroom-plus-study units from 495 sq ft, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus- study units from 689 sq ft, three-bedroom units from 936 sq ft and four-bedroom units from 1,410 sq ft. Four-bedroom penthouses start from 1,668 sq ft, while five-bedroom-plus-study penthouses start from 2,486 sq ft. There are also two retail shops of about 680 sq ft each.

The Alps Residences is located close to Tampines Regional Centre and Our Tampines Hub, an integrated community and lifestyle complex slated to open in phases from this year to 2017. Other amenities in the vicinity include Tampines Mall, Century Square, the Tampines bus interchange as well as the Tampines MRT station, which will become an interchange between the existing East-West Line and the upcoming Downtown Line stage 3 in 2017.

The development is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in June 2020.
