Marriott International debuts two serviced apartments in Bangkok

Marriott International announced on Sept 23 that it has launched two prime serviced apartments in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 140-key Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok Sukhumvit 101 is in the South Sukhumvit business district. It is close to various attractions, such as the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre and True Digital Park, Southeast Asia's largest technology and start-up hub. The serviced apartment offers studios (377 sq ft to 420 sq ft), one-bedroom suites (484 to 592 sq ft) and two-bedroom apartments (767 sq ft to 1,087 sq ft).

The 72-key Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok Sukhumvit 50 is 800m from On Nut train station. It offers various options, from studio rooms to three-bedroom suites. Denis Richter, cluster general manager of Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok Sukhumvit 101 and Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok Sukhumvit 50, says both projects have officially opened their doors to welcome guests and have received positive responses from international travellers, locals and expatriates living in Thailand.

“The main target guests are expatriates residing in Thailand, long-term business travellers, families, and digital nomads. This group desires more than just a stay in a typical hotel. They seek a place that feels like home, offering flexibility and space that caters to their lifestyle,” he adds.

The latest properties join the Marriott Executive Apartments brand’s global portfolio of more than 35 properties in nearly 15 countries and territories. The brand caters to long-stay travellers, with most properties in business, shopping, and entertainment districts of cities within emerging markets, primarily in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America and Asia.
