Developer Macly Group will preview the 17-unit Koon Seng House on Feb 24, with sales to begin on Mar 2. Situated on Koon Seng Road, the freehold boutique residential development is part of the House Series by Macly Group.
According to Joan Chang, director of Macly Group, the "House Series" is a new series of boutique residential homes in enclaves that are "hyper-connected, hyper-convenient and hyper-cool".
Apartments are a mix of two-, three- and four-bedrooms. Two-bedroom units of 786 sq ft are priced from $1.798 million ($2,288 psf); three-bedroom units of 1,033 sq ft from $2.359 million ($2,284 psf); and four-bedroom units of 1,216 sq ft from $2.779 million ($2,285 psf).

Each unit has a 3.6m-wide living-dining area with an adjoining kitchen opening out to a balcony, allowing families to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle and spacious living, says Chang. Provisional space in the living room gives the flexibility for an expanded master bedroom, master wardrobe or bathroom, she adds.
Koon Seng is a redevelopment of the former East Court, a freehold apartment block in District 15 in the East Coast, which Macly Group purchased en bloc for $19.875 million ($1,063 psf per plot ratio) in June 2022.
According to EdgeProp Landlens, Koon Seng House is within 1km of Tao Nan School, CHIJ (Katong) Primary, Haig Girls' School, Tanjong Katong Primary School and Tanjong Katong Secondary School.
