Cashmere Wharf, an apartment building in the heart of mixed-use development London Dock in Wapping, will be launched for sale over the weekend of April 21 and 22 in Singapore by London residential developer St George.

Standing at 26 storeys and designed by Patel Taylor, Cashmere Wharf will be the tallest building at London Dock when the building is completed in the third and fourth quarters of 2021. It will comprise 141 contemporary Manhattan, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that will have panoramic views of London and the River Thames. Each unit will have high-quality interiors in addition to outdoor spaces such as large terraces and balconies. A selection of apartments will come with winter gardens.

London Dock is highly accessible, being within a short walk of Zone 1 transport connections from Tower Hill and Aldgate. The Elizabeth Line on the Crossrail will also serve the nearby Whitechapel, further opening up access to the wider capital.

On completion, London Dock will offer 7.5 acres (3ha) of open space for relaxing or entertaining, and surrounding this focal point will be a collection of independent boutique restaurants, bars and shops for residents and the public to enjoy. Residents will also have exclusive access to on-site facilities, which will include a state-of-the-art gym and a 20m swimming pool.

Cashmere Wharf is on a 999-year lease from July 1989. The Singapore launch will be held at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2.
