SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Lombard Square, a development in Plumstead, south-east London, is set to launch for sale in Singapore on the weekend of Nov 20 to 21 at Raffles Hotel Arcade, Singapore.
Located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Lombard Square is at the edge of the city, minutes from the vibrant Royal Arsenal Riverside and the newly launched Elizabeth Line Crossrail station.

The development comprises 1,750 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, offering an investment opportunity, with gross estimated rental yields starting from 4.2%, says Benham & Reeves, which is marketing the property.
The first homes to launch at Lombard Square will be the Myro House collection, slated for completion in 2025. This is a series of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, situated at the south-west corner of the development. Many of these homes come with a spacious balcony, with the majority of views over the Garden Square, or the landscaped podium. It is located next to 1.8 acres (0.73ha) of green open spaces.
Myro House will have its own podium gardens, with seating areas and green walkways for residents to lounge at.

Prices at Myro House, within Lombard Square, will start at £365,000 ($663,012) for a one-bedroom apartment. Prices of two-bedroom homes start at £485,000, while three-bedroom properties are available from £575,000.
The interiors of the homes at Myro House are inspired by the theme of leather craft, and are designed as a classic mansion house. Homeowners will be able to choose from two kitchen and bathroom colourways.
Residents can tap into other facilities at Myro House, which include a 12-hour concierge service, a resident-only gym, electric car charging points, bike storage, and a round-the-clock parcel reception.
The greater Lombard Square development will offer 57,000 sq ft of new commercial and employment space. This will include flexible workspaces for residents.
“Buyers will also benefit from the extensive regeneration of Plumstead itself, including the upgrades Berkeley is making to Plumstead station and the council’s improvements to the high street and other public spaces,” highlights Benham & Reeves.
From the development, residents can access central London and local cultural hubs. For instance, Woolwich Works — the new creative district at Royal Arsenal Riverside spanning 15,000 sq m (161,460 sq ft) of a cultural hub and arts centre, with a 450-seat theatre and an outdoor performance space for 600 — is just down the road from Lombard Square.

Residents can also walk to the Woolwich Arsenal Crossrail station in 15 minutes, and this will allow them to travel to Canary Wharf in seven minutes, and Bond Street in 21 minutes.
“Plumstead is an area where house prices are still affordable and will see improvement with Crossrail opening in 2022,” comments Doris Tan, regional director at Benham & Reeves.
“Located right next door to regeneration schemes like Royal Arsenal Riverside, Lombard Square is set to enjoy the same level of success and creates an opportunity for those who wish to invest in a good development by a renowned developer at very attractive prices and high potential gains,” adds Tan.
