SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - LHN Group has launched a new hotel concept under its existing co-living Coliwoo brand. The local real estate management services company has opened two hotel properties in the Katong area.

Coliwoo Hotel Amber Katong is a two-storey development at 40 Amber Road. Located beside it is the four-storey Coliwoo Hotel Amber at 42 Amber Road.

According to LHN, the new hotel concept supplements its existing co-living offerings and the hotel arm focuses on flexible stays for individuals, local families and expats. Both hotels offer super single, queen, or king-sized bedrooms that feature an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, washer dryer, smart television and a workstation.

The design of the two new hotel buildings on Amber Road features sleek architecture that is inspired by the Peranakan cultural heritage of the area. The interiors come with upscale furnishings and the service includes an onsite concierge.

Shared facilities that can be found in both properties include a laundromat area, communal lounge, and a rooftop garden. Coliwoo will organise and host events in these spaces for guests.

LHN Group says it will open the next Coliwoo hotel at 471 Balestier Road by 2Q2022. It will also expand its co-living offerings with two new launches. Coliwoo Balestier 320 will be a new co-living residential property that spans a gross floor area of 18,308 sq ft. The property is at 320 Balestier Road.
