Property developer TID previewed the 267-unit Lentoria over the weekend of Feb 17-18. The project drew a crowd of 2,000 at its sales gallery over the weekend.
Lentoria has a mix of one- to four-bedrooms, starting from $1,965 psf. The starting price for a one-bedroom is $1.19 million ($2,190 psf), with two-bedroom units from $1.44 million ($1,965 psf) and three-bedroom units from $1.85 million ($1,974 psf).

Lentoria will be developed on the 116,412 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site at Lentor Hills Road Parcel B, which TID won in September 2022 with a bid of $276.36 million in a government land sale tender. The land rate was $1,130 psf per plot ratio.

The preview of Lentoria will end on Feb 27, with the launch of Lentoria on Mar 2.
"The turnout reaffirms our belief in the strength of the real estate market in Singapore, especially the Lentor area, and underscores the appeal of our development to discerning buyers," says Yoichi Kaga, managing director at TID, a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings and Mitsui Fudosan.
Lentoria marks the fourth project to be launched in Lentor Hills estate, following the launch of the 605-unit Lentor Modern in September 2022, the 598-unit Lentor Hills Residences last July and the 474-unit Hillock Green last November.
