“The opening of Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui is an important milestone for Lendlease's growth in China, marking the official arrival of our international senior living concept. The initial group of residents includes former educators, doctors, government officials, managers of state-owned enterprises, and owners of small and medium sized enterprises. About a third of the residents are Chinese seniors who had lived or worked overseas or have children who are currently abroad. Most residents are from Shanghai.

Ardor Gardens Yi Pu Hui is a lakeside development beside Dianshan Lake, and the area is surrounded by nature. The entire project covers 914,600 sq ft and consists of low-density senior living communities. There will be 20 buildings that range from four to six floors, and this accommodates about 800 furnished apartments.

Only the first phase consisting of six residential buildings of 250 apartments have been completed. The remaining phases are expected to be gradually completed over the next 12 months.

“Our service quality reflects the intangible strengths of a senior living community and determines the satisfaction and recognition of the community by its residents. With our focus on bringing top-notch service supported by premium amenities, Ardor Gardens incorporates smart and universal design features that enable residents to fully enjoy convenient and worry-free senior living,” says Ding Hui, managing director of Lendlease China.
