Lendlease has launched the final phase of Potato Wharf, comprising 191 one and two-bedroom apartments at prices starting from £198,000 ($345,866).
Potato Wharf is located close to Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink stop, from which residents can reach Manchester Piccadilly train station in 11 minutes, according to marketing agent JLL. Meanwhile, Manchester Oxford Road is a 20-minute walk away, connecting to Manchester Airport in under 25 minutes.
Potato Wharf is situated in the historic Castlefield district of Manchester, UK, which features Victorian infrastructure and Roman ruins alongside warehouse architecture lining the iconic canals. The district boasts a host of Manchester’s celebrated museums, galleries and cultural sites, including the Museum of Science and Industry and the Castlefield Urban Heritage Park.
This project marks a return to Manchester for Lendlease , where it has developed several projects over the last 15 years, including No.1 Deansgate, The Hacienda and Green Quarter.
Potato Wharf is expected to complete in 1H2019. Lendlease and JLL will hold a VIP preview for Potato Wharf at The St. Regis Singapore on September 7, followed by an exhibition on September 23 and 24.
