SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Lazada is partnering with real estate agency PropNex to give away a one-bedroom condominium unit at Normanton Park, valued at $1 million.

Located next to Kent Ridge Park, Normanton Park is an upcoming residential development with 1,840 apartment units, 22 two-storey strata terraces and eight commercial units built on a land of 684,522 sq ft. (Find Singapore commercial properties with our commercial directory)

“This year, we want to inject something new and more exciting for our shoppers to look forward to,” says James Chang, CEO of Lazada Singapore.

“One of the ways to increase chances in winning this million-dollar prize, is to fulfill the task of purchasing our PropNex edition of Monopoly in the Lazada store,” says Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex Realty.

Lazada will be rolling out further marketing campaigns across various platforms like radio, television, digital ads and social media platforms to publicise the giveaway.

More details about how to gain more chances in participating in the grand draw will be revealed throughout the campaign across the different platforms. These include collecting golden keys through various missions on the Lazada app,

Up to 34 golden keys can be collected in total through the app from Nov 1 onwards, by completing missions and playing games, among other activities. The more keys collected, the higher the chances of winning.
